Covering floor of a rubber crumb

The covering from a rubber crumb is the covering consisting of a rubber crumb, polyurethane glue and dye (or without it), mounted on the basis on technology of a bulk floor or a dusting method. On technology of a bulk floor mix pours out on a surface, is leveled by tools with the set height and along with it is condensed.

Process of production of a covering consists of the following technological operations:
1. Preparation of a surface;
2. Priming;
3. Laying of a covering;
4. Laying of a monolithic layer (at the request of the customer);
5. Drawing a marking (at the request of the customer);
6. Drawing a finishing varnish (at the request of the customer)

1. Preparation of a surface.

The covering is usually applied on the concrete, asphalt or wooden basis.
For ensuring high adhesion of a covering, the basis is cleared of dirt, dust, delete the sites of concrete and asphalt which underwent destruction. The concrete surface is subjected to polishing for the purpose of removal of cement milk, a steeling layer. Polishing of concrete is carried out on dry or slightly damp basis, then dust is deleted with the vacuum cleaner. It is necessary to exclude sticking of wet dust to the basis during polishing. If the covering becomes on the street, it is desirable to provide a small bias of the basis for water.
Before drawing a covering the basis has to be pure, dry, slightly rough.
In the open air it is desirable to carry out works at a temperature not lower than +5 os and to dry weather.

2. Priming.

For ensuring good coupling of the basis and a covering, 1 basis prepared according to the item is grounded. As soil use the following types of primers:
- A primer on the basis of ADV-46 varnish.
It is applied to impregnation, hardening, dust removal, increase in shock and chemical firmness of the concrete basis. Impregnation of concrete on 4-6 mm is carried out mix of a varnish and solvent in a proportion 1:1 in two layers with intermediate drying 6? 8 hours. Primer expense on two layers of priming of 0,2 kg/sq.m.
- Primer ADV-56.
The primer ADV-56 is intended for preparation of the concrete, asphalt, cement and sand, wooden bases. The primer provides communication of a polymeric floor with the basis due to hardening of a surface, closing of capillaries, prevention of a raising of moisture to a surface. The primer ADV-56 can be applied on the damp basis, it does not contain organic solvents, easily flying and flammable substances, has no smell. The primer ADV-56 is recommended to use when it is impossible to dry the concrete basis, and also if fire-prevention or health requirements do not allow to work with organo-soluble primers.
The primer ADV-56 is recommended for the asphalt bases as does not podplavlyat and does not reduce the hardness of the asphalt basis. A primer put in one pass with an expense 0,13 kg/sq.m.
- Primer ADV-17.
Universal primer. Priming carry out in one pass with an expense ADV-17 0,4-0,6 kg/sq.m. ADV-17 - high-viscosity liquid. For simplification of putting soil it is possible to warm up ADV-17 to (40-50) os, or to add to it solvent - nefras, white spirit in number of (10-20) %.
ATTENTION! When drawing a covering soil has to keep stickiness!!!
The covering is stacked no later than days after putting soil.

3. Laying of a covering.

In a concrete mixer or manually prepare mix of the following structure (at the rate on 1 sq.m at a thickness of covering of 10 mm):
- a crumb rubber - 7,0 kg
- binding ADV-65 - 1,4-1,5 kg
- a pigment (if necessary) - 0,15-0,30 kg
ATTENTION! Depending on quality of a crumb and concrete requirements to a covering the players of mix can be changed.
The prepared mix gives all the best on the grounded basis, is leveled raklyam and arrived by the roller greased with anti-adhesive.
During the day influence of an atmospheric precipitation is inadmissible!!!
At a temperature 20os and relative humidity of air of 80% the covering is cured to pedestrian loading in one days. Operation in full - in one week.
Speed of hardening of a covering of subjects is higher, than temperature and relative humidity of air are higher.

4. Laying of a monolithic layer.

Usually at production of a covering in the enclosed space over the porous covering made according to item 3 the monolithic rubber-like layer keeps within.
As such layer the two-component polyurethane covering of the ADV-61 brand is applied. Laying is carried out in two layers. The first layer is a filling on the basis of ADV-61 compound. It is put with a thin layer the flat pallet aflush or 0,5-1 mm thick. Filling seals a time, but does not fill them. On newly-laid filling it is possible to carry out laying of the reinforcing grid. In one days after laying of filling the self-spreading ADV-61 compound keeps within by a filling method. Laying is carried out by the gear pallet or rakly. Thickness is from 1,5 to 2,5 mm. Expense from 2 to 3 kg/sq.m. Hardening to technological durability 1 days; to full loading (shipovka) not less than 7 days.
The received covering represents the elastic monolithic layer resistant to mechanical loadings (shock, vibration, cutting, pricking, to attrition), to differences of temperatures, to influence of water and oil products. Color will be coordinated with the customer. Laying of several flowers with allocation of sectors, a three-second zone, etc. is possible.
Thickness of a covering is from 1,5 mm and more.

5. Drawing marking.

The marking is applied on the cured, cleared of dust and dirt, dry covering at air temperature no more than 80% are not lower 5os and relative humidity of air. For this purpose prepare the following painting structure which is put no later than 12 hours from the moment of preparation:
- an oligomer uretanovy ADV-17 - (85-90) %
- the paste painting - (10-15) %
- the catalyst - 0,5% of the mix ADV-17 and the painting paste
Drawing a marking is made a brush or the roller in one or two passes (depending on porosity of a covering) with an expense of 0,2 kg of structure on 1 sq.m for pass. Drawing each layer is recommended to be made no later than one days from the moment of drawing the previous layer.

6. Drawing a finishing varnish.

For increase of resistance to wear and giving of decorative effect it is recommended to put opaque UF-stoyky ADV-63E varnish. Drawing a varnish is carried out in 1 days after laying of a covering. Expense of a varnish of 0,05 kg / м2за one pass. The varnish is recommended to be put with the velors roller in two passes with intermediate drying 3? 6 hours.
The varnish of ADV-63E does not contain solvents, easily flying and flammable substances, is made on a water basis. In transit and storage it is necessary to exclude it influence of negative temperatures.
